ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

The term "player" includes any person or entity using the service, as well as any person or entity acting on behalf of such person or entity in relation to using the service.

Any player using our site or service is bound by this agreement that supplements our Terms Of Service.

Chaotic Century is owned and operated by Crimson Productions, L.L.C. A limited liability corporation.

You must be 13 years or older to create and/or use a Chaotic Century game account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your legal guardian or parents to create an account and play Chaotic Century. We reserve the right to terminate any account we feel has not received that permission or violates our age restrictions.

Player shall use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.

A player is responsible for their own actions and we expect that each player NOT do the following:

• transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, disparaging, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, misleading, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or transmit material for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;

• ransmit "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass distribution on board posting or on private messages;

• use our service in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

• knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;

• reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site in contravention of the provisions of our Terms of Service;

• upload any material in contravention of any third party's intellectual property rights;

• not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or dispute any part of our site, any equipment or network on which our site is stored, any software used in the provision of our site or any equipment or network of software owned by used by any third party.

Any players are solely responsible for all actions that occur under their account.

All players agree to only create one account. If more than once account is found by one player we reserve the right to terminate all accounts at our sole discretion.

Any opinions expressed by a player on the boards and on private messages are those of the player alone, and are not to be attributed to Crimson Productions, LLC. We are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any message facility on our service and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any board or message service by a player in contravention of this agreement, whether the service is moderated or not.

Crimson Productions, LLC cannot and does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, safety, timeliness, legality or applicability of anything said or written by any player. Crimson Productions, LLC cannot control the information provided by players. Players' information might be offensive, harmful, untimely, inaccurate and/or deceptive and, accordingly, you agree to exercise caution, discretion and common sense when using the service.

The player agrees that he/she is solely responsible for any damages done to his computer or data loss by using our service.

Crimson Productions, LLC makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free.

Promoting any game which is not owned by Crimson Productions, LLC is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, links within a post, avatars, signature images or text and IMail messages.

Game bugs should be reported directly via our in-game bug reporting system. You may, however, also post bugs in the forum in order to ascertain whether what you experienced is, in fact, a bug.

Bugs which are a potential exploit to the game should not be posted publicly. They should be brought to the immediate attention of Crimson Productions, LLC via our Contact Us form or by mailing ID 1 in-game.

Crimson Productions, LLC may, at their discretion, terminate any game account with or without notice, without disclosing a reason for doing so. Under these circumstances any remaining time or services paid for will become null and void and any items on the character will be deleted with no ability to restore that account.

You may not advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying, selling, trading, sharing, or transferring access to any Chaotic Century account, Century Coins or any commodities within the game. All characters, items, Century Coins are the property of Crimson Productions, LLC.

The player agrees that he is not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Crimson Productions, LLC judge every support issue on a case-by-case basis, We will not always deal with each support issue the same and reserve the right to do so. Also you may not publish private communications from Crimson Productions, LLC, game staff members, or forum moderators without authorization.

During registration you are asked to select a password, you may not share that password with anybody, or allow anybody to use your password to play Chaotic Century. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for any loss of access, items, termination of accounts etc. resulting from sharing the password, or not ensuring it's confidentiality. Attempting to obtain, or using the password of anyone else is not allowed and may lead to termination of both accounts.

Account names, profiles, guild profiles or avatars created which contain offensive words are liable to be removed at any time. Repeated abuse can and will result in the termination of your account. We do not check every username, profile, guild profile or avatar that is created, however when they are reported to us we will deal with them accordingly. Please note that it is impossible for us to produce a complete list of inappropriate words, or names and each will be judged on a case-by-case basis and may be deemed inappropriate at Crimson Productions, LLC's discretion. Use common sense when posting.

Player run competitions that include, but are not limited to, lotteries, quizzes, or drawings that require real-money payment for entry are not permitted. Player run competitions using in-game (fake) fund are allowed, all others are considered against our rules and no loses incurred by participating in these illegal competitions will be reimbursed by Crimson Productions, LLC.

Advertising or promoting any games, other than those run by Crimson Productions, LLC, via any method on Chaotic Century is strictly against the rules and may lead to account termination. Please also note that promoting any advertising sites or links sites with inappropriate content per our Terms of Service is also against the rules.

You may not threaten, harass or abuse a member of Crimson Productions, LLC, game staff, or forum moderators. Game staff have a hard job trying to make the game a safe environment for all while keeping the peace. We take this seriously and will take action.

All guild owners are given the tools to ensure that their guild members cannot steal from the guilds. If a guild owner allows someone access to guild funds or items that are then stolen from the guild this is not against the rules. While not recommended and probably will build a bad reputation for that player no action will be taken. So be careful when giving members access to your guild items and funds.

Due to a minority of players abusing the recruitment system, if a player on the same IP address as you uses your recruitment link you will not be awarded any referrals points. Remember if at the same location such as school your IP will most likely be the same.

Crimson Productions, LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the service or modify the terms and conditions of players' access to the service, without notice to players, and shall not be liable to the player or any third party for doing so. All the accounts created are the property of Crimson Productions, LLC.

The player agrees to indemnify Crimson Productions, LLC against liability for any use of his account including (but not limited to) reasonable administrative and legal costs.

The player agrees that no information obtained from Crimson Productions, LLC and/or Chaotic Century staff of moderators, whether it is oral or written, will create any warranty.

Crimson Productions, LLC may, at any time, modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement with or without notice. If you do not agree to the changes, your only remedy is to discontinue use of the service. Your continued use of the service will constitute binding acceptance of the new agreement.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Crimson Productions LLC's failure to act with respect to a breach by player or others does not waive Crimson Productions, LLC's right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. The failure of Crimson Productions, LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Crimson Productions, LLC and player with respect to the subject matter hereof. By accessing and using this website/service you voluntarily accept these terms and conditions which shall be governed according to the laws practiced in the state of Missouri, USA.
